If you open an account with Finspreads on or after 1st April 2007 your customer account and all business you conduct with us will be governed by the terms of the following Customer Agreement:

Existing Customers (accounts opened after 8th December 2006)

If you open an account with Finspreads on or after 8th December 2006 your customer account and all business you conduct with us will be governed by the terms of the following Customer Agreement:

Existing Customers (accounts opened prior to 8th December 2006)

If you opened an account with Finspreads prior to 8th December 2006 your customer account and all business conducted with us will be governed by the following Customer Agreement until 29th December 2006 (unless you agree with us that the Finspreads Customer Agreement [7th Edition, Dec 2006] should apply at an earlier date than 29th December):

For the avoidance of doubt, any bets of yours not closed by you on 20th December will continue to be governed by the Finspreads Customer Agreement (6th Edition, Feb 2006) until such time that your bet is closed. In other words, if your bet is rolled by you on any date after 29th December, the Finspreads Customer Agreement (7th Edition, Dec 2006) will apply.

From 29th December 2006 your customer account and all business conducted with us will be governed by the terms of the Finspreads Customer Agreement (7th Edition, Dec 2006.)

It is imperative that you spend good time to familiarise yourself with the new version of the Customer Agreement and ensure that you have read and understood the changes.
